Print-on-Demand Products
The Standard 76 sells print-on-demand products, meaning items are produced after an order is placed. Because of this, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
Order Review Responsibility
Customers should carefully review all order details before completing a purchase, including size, color, design, shipping address, and all other order information.
14-Day Return & Exchange Window
Customers must mail eligible items back within 14 days of delivery, or contact us within that same 14-day period to request pre-approved late return arrangements.
We understand things happen, but late returns are only accepted if approval is obtained before the original deadline passes.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:
- Misprinted products
- Damaged products
- Wrong item received
- Order errors caused by us
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges may be allowed when approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, and we will cover shipping costs for sending the replacement item back.
